How much does a wedding at Pine Acres cost?
Wedding weekend packages begin at $4,500. Additional packages are available with upgraded linens, chair covers, cabin accommodations and other enhancements.
How long do we have access to the venue?
Our wedding rental is designed as a two-day experience. Couples receive access Friday from 9 AM–9 PM for decorating, rehearsal and settling in, followed by Saturday access beginning at 9 AM for the wedding celebration.
How many guests can Pine Acres accommodate?
Pine Acres comfortably accommodates weddings of up to 175 guests, with a maximum capacity of 200.
Can we hold both our ceremony and reception at Pine Acres?
Yes. Pine Acres offers indoor and outdoor ceremony options along with an on-site reception space, allowing your entire celebration to take place in one convenient Central Ohio location.
What ceremony locations are available?
Pine Acres offers multiple ceremony settings, including our outdoor chapel near the barn and our pond ceremony area featuring a dock and fountain. Indoor options are also available when needed.
Are tables, chairs and linens included?
Reception tables and chairs, along with white padded ceremony chairs, are included in our wedding packages. Linen options vary by package, with upgraded table linens and chair covers available.
Can we choose our own wedding vendors?
Yes. Pine Acres maintains an open-vendor policy, allowing couples to select the caterers, photographers, DJs and other professionals that best fit their celebration.
Is overnight lodging available at Pine Acres?
Yes. Our private on-site cabin sleeps up to four guests and includes one king bed, one queen bed, laundry facilities and a private hot tub. Cabin stays are available for $250 per night or included with select wedding packages.

Pine Acres Event Center is located at 8710 LaRue-Prospect Road West in LaRue, Ohio. Our Central Ohio wedding and event venue is conveniently located near Marion, Marysville, Delaware, Findlay, Lima and surrounding communities.
